Kris, Mel, Lily Baba, Guido, Al and all other relatives: Patrick, Warren and myself send our prayers and love to you all. Jacob will be missed greatly. He taught all of us so much and his radiant smile lit up every room he was in. Take solace in the fact he can breathe easily, run swiftly and warm the heart of so many in heaven. Jacob Proskow touched so many and now he has angel wings. For this we must be thankful. Jacob will always be remembered and loved by all he met! Prayers and much love to all of you!
