History
While employed in a Northern Alberta funeral home, Kelly Turzanski had a dream of one day returning home to his roots in Bonnyville to start a funeral business.
A few years later the opportunity presented itself. Working from a small office in Cold Lake in May 1997 Kelly began to realize his dream. Land was purchased and plans for the facility were drawn up.
In the fall of 1997, Northern Lights Funeral Chapel opened in Bonnyville.
Today, Kelly’s dream continues to flourish as Northern Lights Funeral Chapel provides community families with affordable funeral services with a personal touch.
Northern Lights Funeral Chapel… working with you to make our community a great place to value, cherish and grow.
Northern Lights again opened an office in Cold Lake, June of 2019 so that our clients and the community will once again have an economical option of professional service in the Cold Lake area.
