On Saturday, July 23, 2022, Mr. Dietrich Heinrich Berndt of Cold Lake passed away at the age of 92 years.
Dietrich will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 71 years, Mrs. Waltraut Berndt, his daughters; Heike Gibson, Ilke (Rob) Schwartz, Anke (Mario) Pelletier, and Ketta (Russ) Robertson as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Waltraut & Dietrich’s lives will be held in the Summer of 2023.
From their daughter... "We miss them so very much. Dad passed in July and Mom in Oct of this year. We were very fortunate to spend lots of quality time with our Mom and Dad. Forever remembered and after 71 years married and a short time apart they are now together again."
A Memorial Tree was planted for Dietrich
