On Wednesday, August 6, 2014 Mr. Aslak Glambeck of the Bonnyville Extendicare passed away at the age of 89 years. Aslak will be remembered by his children; Kristine Bratland of Kragero, Norway, Ben (Karen) Fuglestveit of Cache Creek, BC and Arne (Cathy Birn) Glambeck of Heinsburg, AB, his grandchildren; Maren, Jens, Luke, Jon, Quinn, Perry and Cassandra, his great grandchildren; Markus, Maika, Taylor, Sloane and Wyatt and his sister Randi Tradin of Norway. Aslak was predeceased by his wife Gunlang Glambeck and his grandson Mark Fuglestveit.
In lieu of flowers the Glambeck family request memorial tributes in memory of Aslak may be sent to the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation, 1502 College Plaza, 8215-112 St NW, Edmonton, AB T6G 2C8.
