On August 2, 2104 Mr. James Alex Moosepayo of Kehewin passed away in Lac La Biche at the age of 72 years. James will be remembered by his 8 children; Brian Gladue, Brenda Paul (Pat Janvier), Brian (Pauline) Paul, Pauline (James) Naistus, Bruce Paul, Linda Paul, Elias Paul (Bethanny Pederson) and Jodie Paul (Randall Crookedneck) and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren nieces and nephews. James was predeceased by his wife Mary Bernadette Paul, son; Richard Philip Paul, parents; Veronique and Jean Baptiste Moosepayo, brothers and sisters; Henry Moosepayo Sr., Alfred Moosepayo, Lydia Moosepayo, Betsy McCarthy and Marie Anderson. A wake was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 5 and 6, 2014 at the Kehewin Community Centre. A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kehewin Community Centre with Father Rene Realuyo officiating and the interment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin, Alberta.
