SAUNDERS, Stanley
On Friday, September 6, 2013 Mr. Stanley Thomas Saunders of Calgary formerly Fishing Lake passed away at the age of 65 years. Stan will be lovingly remembered by his wife Treasure, little man Markus, siblings; Neil (Thelma) Saunders, Ronald (Jackie) Saunders, Doris (Marlin) Brietzke and Norma (Marty) Wasylishyn, special family friends; Gwen Jacobson and family and numerous in laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
Stan was predeceased by his parents; Mary and Glen Saunders, sister Lillian Chernyk, stepson; Thomas Rieken and brother in law, Gabe Deschamps.
A wake was held on Wednesday and Thursday, September 11 and 12, 2013 at the Fishing Lake Community Centre. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Fishing Lake Community Centre. Interment followed at the Fishing Lake Community Cemetery.
