March 24, 1957 – January 3, 2020
On Friday, January 3, 2020 Mr. Homer Robert Smith of Frog Lake passed away suddenly south of Lea Park at the age of 62 years. Homer will be sadly missed by his companion; Audrey Fryingpan, his children; Victor Pechawis, Jody Pechawis, Daniel Pechawis and Jennine Pechawis his step-children; Ronda Wutzke, R.J. Wutzke, Kyle Wutzke and Kiyani Wutzke-Moyah, numerous grandchildren, father; Gordon (Dora) Dion, siblings; Lenny, Marlene, Mavis, Bernard, Bonnie, Vivian, Vernon, Bernice, Clayton, Wayne, Lorne, Chris, Elaine, Noel, Laurie and Craig. Homer was predeceased by; his son: Landis Stick and mother: Helen Smith. A wake was held on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 7 & 8, 2020 at the Frog Lake Band Hall. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the Frog Lake Band Hall. Interment followed at Our Lady of Good Counsel Cemetery, Frog Lake.
