On Saturday, March 23, 2019 Mr. Arsene Dolphus Cardinal of Bonnyville passed away at the age of 70 years. Arsene is survived by his partner; Yvonne Desjarlais, his daughters; Susie (David) Jacob and Beni Dumais (Austin), his grandchildren; Kelly Cote and Tristan Masson, his great grandchildren; Mila Bourget and Jemma Bourget and his siblings; Jim (Val), Vern (Eileen), Ray (Muna), Peter (Diane), Gabe (Leona), Paul (Wendy, David (Mireille), Pauline (Erik), Marlene and Daveen. Arsene was predeceased by his parents; Charles and Gladys and siblings; Daniel, Stanley, Evelyn and Charlie.

Visitation: Monday, March 25, 2019 from  4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Visitation: Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.
