On Tuesday, May 22, 2018 Mr. Leroy "Pedro" Handspiker of Elizabeth Metis Settlement passed away suddenly in Kerrobert, Saskatchewan at the age of 40 years. Pedro will be lovingly remembered by his wife; Lurah Handspiker of Elizabeth, his children; Jasmine Handspiker of Edmonton, Cadence Handspiker and Jayce Handspiker of Elizabeth, his father; Leroy O. Handspiker of Lamont, siblings; Denise Handspiker of-Teliski of Fort Saskatchewan, Levi Handspiker (Jesica Blyan) of Smoky Lake and Rocky Hanspiker of Toronto, ON, mother and father in law; Malinda and Hollis Crawford of Brashear, MO, brother in law; Jeremy Crawford of Greentop, MO and sister in law; Angela Boes (Andy Jackson) of Decatur, IL. Pedro was predeceased by his mother; Dolly Handspiker (nee Lepine) in Jan / 1996, sister; Leslie Darline Handspiker in July 1972, maternal grandparents; Benjamin Lepine in Oct. / 1977 and Clara Lepine in April / 1994.

Wake on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 29 and 30, 2018 at the Elizabeth Metis Settlement. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at St. Marguerite d'Youville Roman Catholic Church.
