On Friday, April 23, 2010 Romeo Quinn of Elizabeth Metis Settlement, Alberta passed away at the age of 66 years. Romeo will be sadly missed by his children; Angie (Ron) Bear of Muskeday,SK, Romeo Jr. (Ashley) Quinn of Elizabeth Settlement, Debra Lagrelle of Edmonton, AB: sister; Delphine Quinn of Edmonton, AB: brother; Robert Quinn of Elizabeth Settlement, AB. Numerous Grandchildren, 1 Great Grandchild, Aunts, Uncles, Nephews and Nieces. Romeo was predeceased by parents; Agnes and Samuel Quinn. 9 brothers and 2 sisters. A prayer vigil was held on Saturday and Sunday April 24 & 25, 2010 at Elizabeth Metis Settlement Community Hall. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 26, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Marguerite d’Youville Parish, Elizabeth Metis Settlement, Alberta with Father Rene Realuyo as the celebrant. Interment followed at Elizabeth Settlement Community Cemetery. Honourary Pallbearers were all of Romeo’s Family and Friends. Pallbearers were Kelvin Desjarlais, Richard Netmaker, Michael Desjarlais, Bob Bugle, Herman Cardinal, Jason McGillivary.
