On Sunday, April 18, 2010 Mr. Richard "Allan" Skinty of Cold Lake passed away suddenly at the age of 47 years. Allan leaves to mourn his loss: his parents; Joan and Dick Skinty of Cold Lake, his sisters; Sandy Skinty of Cold Lake, Barbara (Gerald) Michaud of Cold Lake and Debra Skinty (Greg Fountain) of Cold Lake and 6 nieces and newphews. Allan was predeceased by his niece Rhiannon Detteman. There will be a private celebration of Allan's life at a later date.
