On Friday, May 12, 2017 Mr. Derrick Allister Quinney of Frog Lake First Nations passed away at the age of 58 years. Derrick will be lovingly remembered by his wife; Shirley Quinney, his children; Marcella Quinney, Billy (Glenda) Quinney, Owen (Shelby) Quinney, Marie (Donald) Stanley-Lisk, Myles (Cherrelle) Quinney, Devin (Carlene) Quinney, and Dayton Mercredi, 14 grandchildren and his siblings; Ruth (Pedro) Cardinal-de-Ubiera, Ted Quinney, Norma Jackson, Norman Jr. (Loraine) Quinney, Wanda Quinney, Francis (Guy) Kusnyir, Dwayne Lagimordiere and Cheryl Lagimordiere. Derrick was predeceased by his son: Timothy G. Quinney, parents: Norman and Irene Quinney and sister: Marcella Quinney.
