December 6, 2012 – March 1, 2013
On Friday, March 1, 2013 Rylan Joseph Grandbois was called to be an angel at 2 months and 23 days. Rylan will forever be loved by his parents Cheryl Cardwell and Teddy Grandbois, siblings; Rebecca, Tanisha Brian and Weston, maternal grandmother; Angeline, paternal grandparents’ Gardenia Grandbois and Mike Desjardin.Rylan was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Ted Cardwell.
A prayer vigil was held on Tuesday & Wednesday, March 5 & 6, 2013 at the Cold Lake First Nations Band Hall. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 7, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cold Lake First Nations Band Hall with Father Mario Jubinville officiating. Interment followed at the Cold Lake First Nations Community Cemetery with Wayne Cardwell, Mikey Grandbois, Nathan Piche and Matthew Jacobs as pallbearers. Honourary Pallbearers were Shane Grandbois, Lisa Pelchat, Priscilla Grandbois and Vanessa Grandbois.
