KEHEWIN, William
On Saturday, February 23, 2013 Mr. William Kehewin of Kehewin passed away at the age of 91 years. William is survived by his children; Victor (Yvonne) John, Irvin (Freda) Kehewin, Barbara John, Howard (Deborah) John Richard John, Amelia John and Vera Erasmus, 24 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild, his adopted children; Rena Cardinal, Arnold Pelly and Melvin Thunderchild as well as his adopted grandson Stacy Brass. William was predeceased by his wife Maude Kehewin, sons; William, Percy and Eric, an infant daughter Josephine, grandchildren; Samantha, Tara, Bernie and Francine, great grandsons; Seth and Liam, his siblings; Emma Brighteyes, Marie Cardinal, Jean Marie, Joe, Alfred and David John.
A wake was held on Monday and Tuesday, February 25 & 26, 2013 at the Kehewin Community Centre. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Kehewin. Interment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin.
