With heavy hearts we announce the passing our beloved brother, uncle and friend, James Edward McKinney on Friday, October 12th. James is predeceased by his dad George McKinney, his love Diane Huelle and his mom Ethel McKinney. James will always be remembered for his sense of humour, his love of great conversations and country music. He was a very proud Canadian and loved a good book especially one written by Louis L’Amour. James was a spiritual being on a very human journey. A Celebration of Jim’s life will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Iron River Open Bible Church, Iron River. A Graveside Service will be held for James on Saturday, October 20th at 10:00 am at the Lornedale Cemetery in Viking. Everyone is welcome. “There is a sacredness in tears.
