Obituary of Justin, Alexander

On Sunday, February 2, 2014 Justin Alexander Janvier-Scanie of Cold Lake First Nations passed away at the age of 18 years. Justin will be lovingly remembered by; his mom; Kathleen Scanie of CLFN and aunt; Patricia Janvier of CLFN, dad; David Tourangeau of Cold Lake, father; James Grey of Ontario, special friend; Kyandra”Kiki” Didzena of Cold Lake, siblings; Anita Janvier (Doug) of Cold Lake and Colette Janvier of CLFN, Debbie Scanie of CLFN, Sherri Scanie of CLFN, Lauren Scanie of CLFN, Shena Scanie (Norman) CLFN, Kayla Scanie of CLFN and Jadin Scanie of CLFN, grandmothers; Noreen Janvier-Scanie of CLFN and Scholastic Scanie of CLFN, great grandparents; Louis and Mary Janvier, godson; Izayis Scanie and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephew and friends. Justin was predeceased by his mother; Gabriella Janvier; dad; Randy Nepoose, grandfathers; Marvin Scanie and Dominic Scanie. A wake was held on Thursday and Friday, February 6 & 7, 2014 at the Cold Lake First Nations Band Hall. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Roman Catholic Parish, Cold Lake First Nations with Father Thomas Dieu Nguyen as the celebrant. Interment followed at the Cold Lake First Nations Community Cemetery.
