SCANIE, Marvin February 9, 1954 – March 26, 2012 Monday, March 26, 2012 Marvin Ralph Scanie of English Bay passed away at the age of 58 years. Marvin is survived by his son Michael Sharphead of Enoch, daughter Tammy Sylvestre of Dillion, SK, 7 grandchildren, his mother Eva Broadfoot of Bonnyville, siblings; Janice Obichon of Peace River, Robert Dennis Obichon of Edmonton, Darlene Obichon of Vancouver, BC, Opal McRitchie of Swift River, Yukon, Brenda Obichon of Lac La Biche, Grace Walker of Bonnyville and Robert Broadfoot of Cold Lake. Marvin was predeceased by his father Charlie Grandbois and a brother Kenny Obichon. A prayer vigil was held on Thursday and Friday, March 29 and 30, 2012 at the Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre.
