JANVIER, Robert Brian September 10, 1961 -– September 21, 2011 On Wednesday, September 21, 2011 Mr. Robert Brian Janvier of Edmonton passed away at the age of 50 years. Robert is survived by; his daughter; Lana Blair Desjarlais, grandchildren; Kieven Desjarlais, Jarren Desjarlais and Jalena Desjarlais, mother; Isabelle Janvier, siblings; Roland Janvier (Roxanne), Arnold Janvier, Russell Janvier, Shawna Janvier and adopted brother; Roger Grandbois, numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Robert was predeceased by; his father: John Janvier, maternal grandparents: Edward & Justine Grandbois and paternal grandparents: Norbert & Susan Janvier. Pallbearers were; Roland Janvier, Arnold Janvier, Russell Janvier Daryl Moyah, Roland Berland and Jordan Berland, honourary pallbearers were; Eric Grandbois, Raymond Grandbois, Howard Grandbois, Mervin Grandbois, Roger Grandbois and Kelsey Jacko. A wake was held on Monday & Tuesday, September 26 & 27, 2011 at the Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 1:30 p.m. at St. Raphael’s Parish with Father Mario Jubinville as the celebrant.
