BADGER, James Roland July 12, 1963 – August 31, 2011 On Wednesday, August 31, 2011 Mr. James Roland Badger of Kehewin passed away at the age of 48 years. Roland will be missed by his son; Randal Littlechild, of Hobbema, daughters; Tanille Littlechild of Hobbema and Tessa Littlechild of Hobbema, mother; Angeline Badger of Kehewin, siblings; Gordon (Donna) Gadwa, Margaret Gadwa, Leonard Badger, Kehewin, Norman (Janet) Badger, Glen Badger, Allen Badger, Richard (Joanne) Badger, Erwin (Christine) Badger, Wilbert Badger all of Kehewin and Dale Badger of Edmonton, sister in law; Audrey Steinhauer of Saddle Lake and numerous grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Roland was predeceased by his father: Tommy Badger, brother; Lewis Badger and sisters: Lillian Badger, Wilma Badger, Florence Desjarlais. A traditional wake was held on Sunday and Monday, September 4 and 5, 2011 at the Kehewin Community Centre. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Parish, Kehewin with Father Rene Realuyo as the celebrant. Interment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin, Alberta. www.northernlightsfs.ca Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Ltd. were in trust of arrangements.
