JANVIER, Dennis August 26, 1956 – July 9, 2011 On Saturday, July 9, 2011 Mr. Dennis Gordon Janvier of Cold Lake First Nations passed away in Bonnyville at the age of 54 years. Dennis will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Estelle Bull, grandson Shaye Bull, great granddaughter Harmony Adams, his mother Matilda Blackman, siblings; Ron, Doreen and Brenda Janvier and Mailyn (Keith) Cooker-Janvier and his girl friend Georgette Whitstone. Dennis was predeceased by his father August Janvier and 5 brothers; Eric, Collin, Richard, Marcel and Arnold Janvier. A prayer vigil was held on Monday and Tuesday, July 11 and 12, 2011 at the Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Catholic Parish with Father Real Levasseur as the celebrant. Interment followed at the Cold Lake First Nations Community Cemetery with Mervin Grandbois, Arthur Muskego, Adrian Janvier, Leonard Janvier, Adelard Blackman and Felix Muskego as pallbearers. www.northernlightsfs.ca Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Ltd. were in trust of arrangements.
