DESFOSSES, Arthur June 27, 1928– May 25, 2011 On Wednesday, May 25, 2011 Mr. Arthur Joseph Desfosses of Bonnyville passed away at the age of 82 years. Arthur is survived by his wife Celine, 11 children, granddaughters Connie and Breanne and numerous other grandchildren, sisters Lea Laflamme, Alberta Gagnon, Sr. Alice Desfosses and Helen Faucher, and his brothers Leo and Henry Desfosses. Arthur was predecease by a son, his parents; Maria and Romeo Desfosses and two sisters; Eva Johnson and Jeanne Hand. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church with Father Rene Realuyo as the celebrant. Interment followed at St. Jean-de-Brebeuf Cemetery, Mallaig, Alberta. Memorial tributes in memory of Arthur maybe made to Haying in the 30’s, Box 35 Mallaig, Alberta, T0A 3K0. www.northernlightsfs.ca Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Ltd. were in trust of arrangements.
