ELCHUK, Olive Annie January, 20, 1932 – May 25, 2011 On Wednesday, May 25, 2011 Mrs. Olive Annie Elchuk of Bonnyville formerly of Lessard passed away at the age of 79 years. Olive is survived by her children Evelyn Elchuk (Bill Longland) of Bonnyville, Barton (Lorna) Elchuk of Bonnyville, Elaine Elchuk (Brad Ansell) of Bonnyville, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and her sister Mary Paskaluk of Bonnyville. Olive was predeceased by her husband Metro Elchuk, mother Alice Woloshyn, father Sylvestre Woloshyn and step mother Mary Woloshyn. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at St.John’s United Church with Reverend Stephen Sparks officiating. Interment followed at the Iron River United Cemetery. Memorial tributes in memory of Olive may be made to the Bonnyville Health Centre Auxiliary Care Unit, Postal Bag 1008, Bonnyville, Alberta T9N 2J7 www.northernlightsfs.ca Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Ltd. were in trust of arrangements.
