Obituary For Leonard Edwin Gauthier July 9, 1945 – June 24, 2009 On Wednesday June 24, 2009 Mr. Leonard Gauthier of Rocky Mountain House (formerly of Bonnyville) passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. Leonard was born in Plamondon Alberta, to Florence and Claude Gauthier. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Sylvia; children: Daniel (Edith), Myriam (Cherif), Craig (Gina) & Jennifer; five grandchildren: Gabriel, Noemie, Alexandra, Riley & Maya sisters: Claudette (Raymond) Dubé, Anita (Cletus) Gauthier, Monique (Bert) Plamondon, Joan Plamondon, Ann (Kevin) Nelson and their families. Leonard was predeceased by his parents: Florence (Le Rouzic) & Claude Gauthier; brother-in-law: Douglas Plamondon. A Memorial Service was held Saturday June 27, 2009 at 10:30 am St. Louis Roman Catholic Church in Bonnyville, AB with Father Mario Jubinville as celebrant. Donations in memory of Leonard may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2. Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Ltd. were in trust of arrangements.
