Markas Springer May 26, 1989 – June 11, 2009 On Thursday June 11, 2009 Mr. Markas Springer of Marwayne passed away tragically at the age of 20 years. Markas will be lovingly remembered by his mother Ingrid Springer; Siblings: Nikki (Ernie) Julien, Alana Springer, Serina Springer, Dawson Springer & Danny Springer; nieces & nephews: Angel, Brody & Christian; aunts & uncles: Darlene (Bill) Whyte, Edwin (Claudette) Schmidtke, Waldie (Josie) Schmidtke, Angel (Bill) Keskeny, Dennis (Lisa) Schmidtke, Doreen (Dave) Saunders, Joyce (Tim) Schmidtke, Gary (Sylvia) Schmidtke, Sandra (Rolland) Breau, Alice (Bill) Ambler, Marion (Larry) Gavronsky, Charlie (Elsie) Springer. Markas was predeceased by his father David Springer; Brother: Harley; paternal grandparents: Birdie & Dan Springer; maternal grandmother: Erna Schmidtke. Pallbearers were: Jordan Hemon, Chris Hemon, Erick Schmidtke, Travis Sayer, John Mark, Brody Julien, Lucas Breau, & Joel Lapointe. Funeral Service was held Saturday June 20, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at the R.C.M.P Hall in Glendon, AB with pastor Tim Acey officiating. Interment followed in the Glendon Pentecostal Cemetery.
