Desjarlais, Joseph March 15, 1929 – October 27, 2010 On Wednesday, October 27, 2010 Mr. Joseph Zacheus Desjarlais of Edmonton formerly of Elizabeth Settlement passed away at the age of 81 years. Joseph will is survived by his children: Archie (Linda) Desjarlais, Henry Desjarlais, Wilmar (Marlene) Desjarlais, Peter (Janet) Desjarlais, Kenny (Lana Howe) Desjarlais, Joyce (Ray) Bruneau, Margaret Desjarlais, Gloria (Archie) Desjarlais, Lorraine (Randy) Willer, Shirley (Ron) Newfield, Evelyn (Paul) Carifelle, Delores (Brian) Supernault-Desjarlais and Corrine (Issac) Bruno-Desjarlais, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Joseph was predeceased by his wife Maryann Desjarlais, son Francis Desjarlais, daughter Deborah Desjarlais, granddaughter, Samantha Desjarlais, great granddaughter Erica Desjarlais and his parents Louise and James Desjarlais. A wake was held on Saturday and Sunday, October 30 and 31, 2010 at the Elizabeth Settlement Community Hall. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 1, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Elizabeth Settlement Community Hall. Interment followed at the Elizabeth Settlement Community Cemetery Northern Lights Funeral Chapel Ltd. were in trust of arrangements.
