On Monday, October 17, 2016 Jonathon Ross Badger of Kehewin passed away at the age of 32 years. Jonathon will be lovingly remembered by his spouse; Daystar Whitstone, children; Ajalea Whitstone, Christina Badger, Jewel Badger and Voyce Badger, his children Ava Trottier, Tawny Badger and Avan Badger and their mother Onieda Trottier, his mother; Sandra Badger, siblings; Darryl Fontaine and Ben Badger, his god parents; Lillian Gadwa and Dale Gadwa, god daughter; Shantae Gadwa and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Jonathon was predeceased by his father: Julian Gadwa, maternal grandparents: Toby Badger and Christina Collins, paternal grandparents: Gustave and Mary Gadwa.
A wake was held on Thursday and Friday, October 20, 21, 2016 at the Kehewin Community Centre. A funeral was held on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kehewin Community Centre. Interment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin.
