On Saturday, September 18, 2010 Mr. Joseph Swan of Saddle Lake, Alberta passed away in Edmonton, Alberta at the age of 87 years. Joseph will be lovingly remembered by his sister; Mary Agnes of Edmonton, Alberta: brother; Ernest Swan of Burnaby, BC. Special Family Julie & Vince Steinhauer of Saddle Lake, AB. Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Friends. Joseph was predeceased by his parents; Thomas Swan (1944) Margaret Swan (1945): brothers; Edward (1970), Gilbert (1986), Thomas (1992), Adelard (1997), James (2001): sisters; Baby Girls Eva Dorothy, Theresa (1973), Florence (1988). A wake was held Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at St. Paul Friendship Centre, St. Paul, AB and Wednesday, September 22, 2010 at Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre, Cold Lake First Nations, AB. A Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday, September 23, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Parish, Legoff, AB. Interment followed at Cold Lake First Nations community Cemetery, Legoff, AB.
