On Tuesday, March 8, 2016 Mr. Richard “Dick” Skinty of Cold Lake passed away at the age of 86 years. his loss: his wife; Joan Skinty of Cold Lake, his daughters; Sandy Skinty of Cold Lake, Barbara (Gerald) Michaud of Cold Lake and Debra Skinty (Greg Fountain) of Cold Lake and 6 grandchildren. Dick was predeceased by his son; Allen and granddaughter Rhiannon Detteman.
