It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Linda Melynk of Edmonton formerly of Elizabeth Settlement. Linda is survived by her husband; Ron Melynk, her children; Gabriel, Max and Moses Melnyk, sisters; Joyce (Keith) Delorme, Gloria Swan, Karen (Mike) Desjarlais, Tina Swan, Lorianne (Lyle) Nydokus, brother; Dale as well as numerous relatives and friends. Linda was predeceased by her parents Marie and Gabriel Swan, brother; Rick Swan, sister; Elaine Swan. The wake at Elizabeth Settlement Community Hall on Tuesday March 8, 2016 at 12:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Marguerite d’Youville Roman Catholic Church, Elizabeth Métis Settlement with Father Limneo Zamora as the Celebrant. Interment in Elizabeth Settlement Community Cemetery.
