On Tuesday, August 24, 2010 Mr. Gilles Meinrad Choquette of Ardmore, Alberta passed away at the age o 47 years. Gilles will be sadly missed by his brothers; Gerald of Vegreville, AB, Guy (Doris) Barriere, BC and Claude (Edie) of Abbotsford, BC, sisters; Doris (Andre) Beaudion of Comox, BC, Giselle Fels of Vegreville, AB, Claire (Yvon) Lapaige of Drummondville, QC, Yolande Jubinville of Bonnyville, AB, Adele (John) Grant of Cold Lake, AB, Carmelle (Edward) Fikus of Brandon, MB and Suzanne (Al) Fossheim of Barriere, BC as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Gilles was predeceased by his parents: Adrienne and Meinrad Choquette, sisters: Ann, Ellen, Aline and Denise. A funeral service was held on Monday, August 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Bonnyville, with Father Rene Realuyo as the celebrant. Interment followed at St. Peter & St. Paul Roman Catholic Cemetery, Alexander, Alberta. A smile for all, a heart of gold, One of the best, this world could hold, Always gentle, Always kind, These are the memories left behind.
