On Thursday, November 5, 2015 Ms. Phyllis Louise Mugford of Cold Lake, Alberta suddenly passed away at the age of 69 years. Phyllis will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Doreen (Joe) Crane, Jean (Clayton) Warford, Sophie Mugford, Bill (Mary) Mugford, Lloyd (Donna) Mugford, Shirley Snooks, Larry (Isabell) Mugford, Harold (Kay) Mugford and numerous nieces and nephews. At Phyllis’ request a cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held at this time.
