Obituary of Elizabeth Desjarlais

On Monday, May 25, 2015 Elizabeth Desjarlais of Vermilion passed away at the age of 48 years. Elizabeth is survived by her siblings; Margaret Desjarlais of Edmonton, Taber Gregory of Wilton, CT, Joan Janvier of Cold Lake First Nations, Alicia Minoose of Ottawa, ON, Jenny Piche of Cold Lake First Nations and Eugene Pachapis of Big Island Lake, SK, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Elizabeth was predeceased by her mother: Bella Desjarlais, father: Louis Desjarlais, siblings: Samuel Desjarlais, Mildred Desjarlais, Millie Desjarlais and Ernie Minoose. A visitation was held on Monday, June 1, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Cold Lake First Nations Spiritual Centre. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, June 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Raphael’s Catholic Church, Cold Lake First Nations with Father Thomas Dieu Nguyen as the celebrant. Pallbearers were her siblings. Honorary pallbearers were her friends and caregivers in Vermilion.
