On Thursday, August 29, 2024 Ross Peterson of Bonnyville, Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 88 years.

Ross is lovingly survived by his 3 children: Ken Peterson, JoAnne (Henry) Yakimyshyn, Ernie (Wanda) Peterson; 4 grandchildren: Jackie (Trevor) Anguist, Ricky (Mindy) Romanowicz, Derek Peterson (Amie Hallwachs), Rhea (Ryan) Dinn; 7 great grandchildren: Tyler, Jenna-Lee, Kholten Anguist, Kiera, Jill Romanowicz, Rosie, Renna Dinn; 3 siblings: Connie Kolody, Kerry-Lee Bendixen, Ivan (Bev) Peterson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Ross was predeceased by his parents: Ecco & Sigvard Peterson; brother: Terry Peterson; brothers-in-law: Bill Kolody, Pete Bendixen.

Funeral service, Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Northern Lights Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville, Alberta with interment to follow at Ferguson Flats Cemetery, Lindbergh, Alberta after a luncheon at the Bonnyville Senior Citizens Society Drop In Centre, Pioneer Hall.
