Leslie will be forever remembered and loved by his daughter: Soraya Kun; mother of his daughter: Jessican Kun; mother: Doris Gadwa; siblings: Dean Gadwa, Randy Gadwa, April Gadwa, Claudine Watchmaker (Matthew), Tarah Gadwa (Randall), Denise Anderson (Jessica), Donna Hope, Dennis Desjarlais, Christine Desjarlais, Irene Desjarlais, Marlene Desjarlais, Lloyd Desjarlais, Charlie Desjarlais, Serena Desjarlais, Lisa Cardinal, Robin Ford; Step-mother: Hazel Hope; God Mother: Angie Night; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, extended relatives & many friends.

Leslie was predeceased by his father: Lloyd Desjarlais; sister: Amy Gadwa; brother: Christopher Desjarlais; God father: Ray Gadwa; maternal grandparents: Mary Jean & Fred Gadwa; Paternal grandparents: Joseph Desjarlais & Nancy Cardinal.
