On Saturday, April 25, 2015 Mrs. Katie Kowalczuk of Edmonton, formerly of Bonnyville and Beaver Dam passed away at the age of 95 years. Katie is survived by her children; Walter (Jane) Kowalczuk, Ted Kowalczuk, Mike (Alice) Kowalchuk and Helen Hayduk, her grandchildren; Wade Kowalczuk, Trent (Janice) Kowalczuk, Cheryl (Rod) Robertson, Darren Kowalchuk, Adam, Kowalczuk, Stephen Kowalczuk and Brad Hayduk, great grandchildren; Kyle and Blake Robertson and Gillian and Chelsey Kowalchuk, and 2 step-sisters; Mary and Betty. Katie was predeceased by her husband Stanley Kowalczuk, her parents Annie and Prokop Caruk, 9 siblings and her son in law Walter Hayduk.
