Obituary of Pearl Fontaine

It is with sorrowful hearts that the family of Pearl Fontaine announces her passing from this life to be with her Lord on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the age of 93 years.

Pearl is lovingly survived by her four children: Paulette Fontaine of Sherwood Park, Louise (Sean) Byrne of Fort Saskatchewan, Greg (Debbie) Fontaine of Bonnyville, Paul (Tina) Fontaine of Bonnyville; eleven grandchildren: Amy, Erich, Justin, Jordan, Margaret-Ann, Kaitlin, Zach, Shawn, Natasha, Jennifer, Nicole; twelve great grandchildren; sister: Alice Field of Vegreville.

Pearl was predeceased by her husband: Cam Fontaine; her son: Bob Fontaine; parents: Mike & Jean Esak; and two brothers: George Esak, Peter Esak.

Funeral service, Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., Northern Lights Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville, Alberta with interment to follow at, Holy Family Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bonnyville Alberta.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Pearl may be sent to the charity of one’s choice or the Alzheimer Society of Alberta.
