Sorry for your loss. Donald was one of my pretend foster kids since I never had children. Donald and Derrick came for lunch to Mom's. I recall watching TV with Donald. When they stopped coming to the house I called Shirley and Bills. David answered and said the boys were grown up now.

You will be much loved and missed my cousin, forever and always. I'll never forget our bonding, and the time we spent getting to know each other. It really sucks losing someone like you.. our family is HUGE but you were a real one.. we clicked and didn't even know we were family till way later. But I guess we just already knew it in our hearts. God is blessed to have one like you there.. hiy hiy. Donny was more then the uncle of my daughter's, he was my friend, and my brother. He kept watch over my daughter (his niece)Skyla when she left home to do life out on her own. I am trying to find away to get Skyla and myself out there, but in case I can not...I love Donny and will miss him even though things were not great with us always I never stopped calling him my brother.

We only knew Donny for a short time, he was our neighbour here in Edmonton. He was always quick with a smile or a, “Good morning neighbour!” Both Linda and I will miss our talks over the fence and your infectious smile and laughter. We both hope you find the peace you were in search of. Our sincere condolences to Cheryl, his siblings and his many friends. We hope the memories of Donny will bring you all comfort moving forward . May Angels lead you in friend.

We are more than devastated by Donny's death. We loved him deeply & loved caring for him in infancy. We'll always treasure the times spent with him in adulthood. He was kind, loving, loyal, generous & funny & loved to sing with his wonderful voice - often singing praises to God above. We are more than thrilled to know that he is now in Heaven with Jesus & Nanny & Grampa & Papa Bill. Love & prayers for mother Cheryl, siblings Yvonne, Wyatt, Wally & Derek & Nan Shirley & all his family at this very sad time. Aunty Ann & Uncle Jim Spry
