Obituary of Glenn Miller

The family of Glenn (Grumpy) Miller of Cold Lake Alberta formerly of Slave Lake Alberta would like to announce his passing on July 16 2023 at the age of 70 after a short battle with cancer.

He is survived by sons Shamus and Dana Miller; sisters Joanne Miller, Palma Gramham, brothers Fraser Miller, Randell Miller.

He is predeceased by his father Jack Miller, mother Audrey Miller; brothers Dana Miller, Shaun Miller

Originally from Halifax Nova Scotia, Glenn had worked his way across Canada working for CN rail and eventually settled in Alberta. Glenn worked in many kitchens across Alberta and got his journeyman Chef Red Seal. He also worked in the oil patch as a cementer and tank truck driver across northern Alberta.

To honor Glenn’s wishes cremation has taken place. As private family service will take place at a later date.
