Jim will be missed, at all the future Champion functions. Always was a pleasure to have a visit with him.

To all, Condolences from Randy & Arlene Yavis. Many memories especially from the curling days. Chris & Terry, hold onto the good times, your Dad was a fun guy.
I moved from Winnipeg to Bonnyville in January of 1982, -40 and didn't know a soul. What had I done? Then I met Jim.
He went out of his way to welcome my family into the community and include us in his circle of friends. I lost count of the number of laughs we shared through the fastball and curling seasons back then, not to mention the characters we encountered on our infamous Oilmen's bonspiel road trips.
Needless to say people like Jim don't grow on every bush, he was truly one of the good guys.
Our sincerest sympathies to Trudy and family.
Deepest sympathies to Trudy and family. Jim and I became friends playing fastball in Hythe in the early
70’s and later in Bonnyville. We had lots of good times together. Rest in Peace Jim.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all the family at this difficult time. May you always treasure all the wonderful memories that you shared together. We want to express our heartfelt condolences!
