On Friday, February 13, 2015 Mrs. Margaret Matilda Charlton of Cold Lake passed away at the age of 91 years. Margaret will be lovingly remembered by her children; Jim (June) Charlton of Forestburg, AB, Faye Poirier of Cold Lake, AB and Harold (Sandy) Charlton of Vernon, BC, 9 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren, 3 siblings; Collie, Clarabelle and Marvin and her special friend, Arthur Hartwick. Margaret was predeceased by her husband; Lloyd Charlton, infant twins; Lloyd and Peggy and her parents; Thomas and Clara Arnold, siblings; Leonard, Emma, Mary, James, Gordon, Kay, Ellery, Sydney, Zelma, Ronald, Blanche and Verla.
A viewing was held from 12:00 to 12:45 at the Trinity United Church on Friday, February 20. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Trinity United Church in Cold Lake with Reverend Paul Walfall officiating. Interment followed at the Grand Centre Memorial Park Cemetery, Cold Lake. Honorary pallbearers were; Robert Poirier, Dustin Charlton, Brad Charlton, James Charlton, Alex Charlton, Brandon Sanregret, pallbearers were; Jesse Hebert, Justin Hebert, Ryan Hebert, Colby Poirier, Dallas Charlton and Joshua Dumais.
