Obituary of Steve Simmons

SIMMONS, Steve

May 27, 1940 – March 26, 2023

On Sunday, March 26, 2023 Mr. H. Stephen “Steve” Simmons of Cold Lake passed away in Edmonton at the age of 82 years. Steve will be forever loved by his wife of 55 years; Claire Simmons, his son; Bill (Charity) Simmons, his daughter; Michelle Simmons, and his brother; Michael Simmons. Stephen was predeceased by his parents; William and Margaret Simmons, an infant sister, and his sister-in-law; Norma Simmons.

Claire, Bill & Charity, and Michelle will always remember Steve’s enthusiasm for sailing, flying, motorbiking, painting, skiing, ham radio, and guitar to name a few.  They will miss his laughter his playful gibes, his voice, his amazing bear hugs and guitar playing, most especially his love for his family and friends. Steve’s wit and sense of humour will be missed by all.
