On Saturday, January 17, 2015 Ms. Jeanette Cook of Kehewin passed away in Bonnyville at the age of 55 years. Jeanette will be lovingly remembered by her children: Jessica (Shawn) of Lloydminster, SK, Wanda of Lloydminster, SK, Mary (Drew) of Edmonton, AB, Crystal of Kehewin, AB, Chantalle of Kehewin, AB, Carlissa of Red Deer, AB, Sheldon of Kehewin, AB and Gary of Onion Lake, SK, 19 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, her mother: Eva Cook (Elmer Fryingpan) of Onion Lake, SK, brothers; Christopher Hill, Jerry Cook, Edward Cook and Calvin Cook as well as numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. Jeanette was predeceased by her brother: Gary Cook, sisters: Noreen and Sandra Cook. A wake was held on Tuesday, January 20 and 21, 2015 at the Kehewin Community Centre. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Kehewin Community Centre with Pastor Martin Naistus. Interment followed at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Kehewin, Alberta. Pallbearers were; James Moosepayo, Ronald Wuttunee, Leroy Hill, Jason Mountain, Cody Moosepayo and Patrick Hill.
