On Thursday, February 24, 1927 Mr. & Mrs Jack and Elizabeth Houle of Fishing Lake, Alberta welcomed into there lives William Joseph Houle. On Sunday, June 20, 2010 William passed away in Bonnyville at the age of 83 years. William will be lovingly remembered by his children; Rory (Arlene) Collins of Edmonton, William (Lisa) Houle Jr. of Calgary, Carla Jones of Elizabeth Settlement, Debbie Houle of Edmonton and Wayne Houle of Elizabeth Settlement, his grandchildren; Reanne Whitney, Nicole Haultzhauer, Allana Ferrier, Samantha Studd, April Houle, Shiloh Jones, Darren Pennington and Ethan Bourque, 3 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends and his brother in law, Charlie Daniels. William was predeceased by parents: Elizabeth Delorme and Jack Houle: sisters: Mary (John) Daniels and Rosalie Daniels: brother: Tommy Houle; nephews: Victor, Raymond, Ambrose and Wes Daniels. A wake was held on Tuesday & Wednesday, June 22 & 23, 2010 at Fishing Lake Community Centre. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, June 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Eugene’s Parish, Fishing Lake, Alberta, with Father Ambrose Umeohanna as the celebrant. Interment followed at Fishing Lake Community Cemetery. Pallbearers Herman Daniels, Shawn Daniels, Herman Daniels Jr., Tommy Daniels Jr., James Cox, Russell Durocher.
