It is with profound sadness that the family of Keenan Charland announces his unexpected passing on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at the age of 48 years.

Keenan is lovingly survived by his wife: Shannon Boychuk; daughter: Kenita Charland (Dawson); parents: Alice & Mark Gilroy; siblings: Douglas Charland (Kaylin), Wesley Gilroy; stepchildren: Dalton Boychuk (Mary), Deihl Boychuk; step-grandchildren: Jaxon, Bexlee; nephews: Neo Charland, Colton Charland; great aunt: Adeline Longmore; Godparents: Marion & Rene Robitalle; as well as numerous other relatives & many friends.

Keenan was predeceased by his grandparents: Leo & Gertrude Charland.

Wake, Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., E-Bay Centre, Cold Lake First Nations. Funeral Service, Thursday, August 11, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., E-Bay Centre, Cold Lake First Nations with Father Thomas Dieu officiating. Cremation to follow. Final resting place to take place at a later date.
