It is with profound sadness that the family of Melanie Bruneau announces her passing in Edmonton, Alberta on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at the age of 48 years.

Melanie is lovingly survived by her mother: Joyce Bruneau; siblings: Calvin Bruneau, Genevieve Bruneau, Shiela Desjarlais; nieces & nephews: Rebecca Gladue, Tatjana Hamelin, Shelly-Rae Minoose, Caleb Minoose, Domz Minoose, Chiquita Desjarlais, Serenity Desjarlais, Romeo Sabit, Trinity Sabit, Andreaus Nielsen; great niece & nephew: Ava-Rae, Axton; as well as numerous other relatives & friends.  

Melanie was predeceased by her unborn child; father: Raymond Bruneau.

Wake, Tuesday & Wednesday, July 19 & 20, 2022 (leaving Tuesday, July 19 from Northern Lights Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m.), Elizabeth Metis Hall. Funeral service, Thursday, July 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., Elizabeth Metis Hall. Interment to follow at St. Dominic Roman Catholic Cemetery, Cold Lake, Alberta.
