On Wednesday, December 3, 2014, Bertha Jane Ray of Edmonton passed away at the age of 58 years. Bertha will be dearly missed by her daughters; Jody, Nicole and Carmen, her mother; Evangeline M. Janvier, grandchildren; Austin, Cindy, Josiah, Jesse James, Cheryl Ann, Riley and Kayla, siblings; Lynda( Gordon) Janvier, Beatrice (Don) Henker, Violet Janvier, Lewis Janvier, Larry Janvier, Diane Janvier( Peter Rice), Denise Nielson , Paulette Lavoie (Terry Balciunas),David Janvier, Dennis Janvier, numerous nieces, nephews relatives and friends .Bertha was predeceased by her daughter; Cindy, father; Louis B Janvier, siblings; Evelyn, Martin, Lucy and Arthur. Pallbearers were Darren Fredrick, David Janvier, Larry Janvier, Gary Ennow, Ernie Janvier, and Luke Janvier. Honourary pallbearers: Rhiannon Janvier, Theresa Martin and Anna Skani. Wake was held on Saturday and Sunday, December 6 and 7, 2014 at the Spiritual Centre, Cold Lake First Nations. Mass of the Christian was be held on Monday December 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.at St Raphael's Catholic Church, Cold Lake First Nations with Father Thomas Dieu Nguyen as the celebrant.
