Obituary of Roland Dennis Janvier

June 12, 1959 ~ February 21, 2022

It is with profound sadness that the family of Roland Dennis Janvier of Cold Lake First Nations announces his unexpected passing at the age of 62 years.

Roland is lovingly survived by his sons: Jordon (Lola), Roland (Trina), Mitchell (Cheyenne); grandchildren: Jayden, Star, Shasta, Ayden, Tayliha, Jordon Jr., Corisha, Johnnie, Aryka, Roland Jr., Blu-Asini, Coo-nah Cyris, Ahôstew, Che-Kàs-Do Thunder, Iskotèw Cloud, Wà-Püg; one great grandchild and another one on the way; siblings: Arnold Janvier, Russell Janvier, Roger Grandbois, Shawna Janvier.

Roland was predeceased by his parents: John & Isabelle Janvier; brother: Robert Janvier.

Wake, Tuesday, March 1, 2022, 1 p.m., Cold Lake First Nations Band Hall. Funeral Service, Wednesday March 2, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., Cold Lake First Nations Band Hall. Cremation to follow. Interment To follow at a later date.
