Obituary of Roman Ulanicki

Please share a memory of Roman to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with great sadness that the family of Roman Ulanicki announce his sudden passing on November 27, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Roman will be lovingly remembered by his sisters Mary Tropak, and Helen (Tom) Wakulchyk and his brother Tom (Doris) Ulanicki along with numerous nieces and nephews and special people in his life Bernadette (Jay) Morency, Michelle (Colin) Martin and Lisa, Peter and Graham Hughson.  He is predeceased by his children Susan and Robert and parents Mike and Madeline.

Roman was a man of great ambition and a sense of entrepreneurship from a young age. He started a small logging venture, dabbled in farming, ran a country store and ended his career running a construction company and elk farming. In his later years he enjoyed spending winters in Arizona where golfing was a favourite pastime. He enjoyed a good laugh, telling jokes and loved his family deeply. He will be missed greatly.
