Laura Mawson, a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, September 5, 2021, at the age of 60 years.

Laura will be forever remembered and forever loved by her husband: Carmen Mawson; children: Jason (Amy) Mawson, Tyler (Andrea) Mawson, Renee (Bill) Freel; grandchildren: Madyson, Emily, Braydon, Ella, Fiona, Greta, Kaelynn, Klaire; mother: Madeline Normand; siblings: Claude (Louise) Normand, Lionel Normand, Rose (Mike) Shortreed, Leonard (Tania) Normand.

Laura was predeceased by her father: Aurele Normand.

Private family service will take place at Northern Lights Funeral Chapel, Bonnyville, Alberta. Final resting place to take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Laura may be sent to the Bonnyville Health Foundation or the Cross Cancer Institute.
