On Tuesday, October 14, 2014 Miss Serena Jean Cardinal of Bonnyville suddenly passed away at the age of 17 years. Serena will forever be lovingly remembered by her parents; Gloria Cardinal (Mark Collett), Scott Gray and Anna Marie and Garrett Wirachowsky, her special someone; Bryce Wirachowsky, her siblings; Shakil Collett, Zabella Collett, Aquella Cardinal and Ethan Collett, maternal grandparents; William (Florence) Cardinal and Leona Cardinal, paternal grandparents; Judy Lacombe and Shirley and John Collett. Serena was predeceased by her paternal grandfather; Georges Lacombe.
A vigil / wake was held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at the Senior’s Drop In Centre, Bonnyville. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at the Senior’s Drop In Centre with Wilfred Cross officiating. Interment followed at St. Michael’s Cemetery, Lacorey, Alberta.
